Q: Where in Hexham is the bootfair?
A: Hexham Auction Mart. For directions click here.

Q: What time does it open?
A: The doors are opened to sellers at about 9:30am. Buyers are admitted at 12:00pm at a pre-admission price. The event is then generally open from about 1:00pm. This time gap allows sellers to set up hassle free. For a list of prices, click here.



Q: What time does it close?
A: For Health and Safety reasons, it is required you do not pack up before 3:00pm.

Q: I'm selling. Do I need to bring my own table?
A: Yes. A table (folding/ garden table) is recommended but you can always sell from the floor. If you haven't done this before you may want to read our 'Guide to Selling'.

Q: How much does it cost to buy/sell?
A: Check out our prices page.

Q: Do you have reserved disabled parking spaces?
A: Disabled spaces are available but limited. Please follow Stewards instructions and they will park you in the best available space on production of your 'Blue Badge'.

Q: Are dogs allowed at the bootfair?
A: Yes dogs are permitted in all areas of the event as long as they are kept on a leash and under control at all times.

Q: Are there toilet facilities at the bootfair?
A: Yes, there are toilets located in the Foyer of the mart. They are sign posted from all areas of the bootfair.

Q: Is there anywhere to get something to eat?
A: There is a catering trailer on site called 'Fill Ya Boots', which is operated by the bootfair which ensures a high standard of food at all times.

Q: I want to sell. Must I reserve a space?
A: You don't need to reserve a space, however as we are very busy we cannot guarantee a pitch if you arrive after 10.30am.
